You may try on your order while the courier is still there.

If it doesn’t fit, you can return the full order to the courier and only pay the shipping fees.

Please note:

• Partial returns are not accepted. You may either accept the full order or return it entirely.

• Once the courier leaves, we won’t be able to process returns or size exchanges.

• For rush orders, only size exchanges are allowed.

We kindly ask you to read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Can I try on the many pieces and return the ones I don’t want?

No - Returns must be made for the entire order. Individual item returns are not accepted.

2. Can I order two sizes to choose from?

No — you cannot order two sizes at once. Instead, you can check the size chart or contact us for help choosing the right size.

3. How long does it take to deliver my order?
