Welcome to JJ’s Designs. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Orders & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
  • Please ensure that your contact information, delivery address, and order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
  • JJ’s Designs reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
  • For orders exceeding EGP 6,000, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. Orders without the required deposit may be cancelled.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our policies.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where an error or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Customers are responsible for completing payments according to the payment method selected at checkout.
  • Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–12 working days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production delays, courier circumstances, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, customers may be contacted by our delivery partner to arrange delivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply where permitted if a delivery attempt fails because of incorrect customer information or other customer-related circumstances.

4. Pre-Orders & Rush Orders

  • Pre-orders require a 50% deposit to confirm the order.
  • Rush orders generally require 3–4 working days for preparation, subject to confirmation and product availability.
  • Rush orders require a 50% deposit.
  • Deposits and cancellation conditions are subject to the applicable order terms and consumer protection laws.
  • Rush orders and pre-orders are subject to the relevant exchange and refund policies published on our website.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • You may try on your order while the courier is present. If you are not satisfied, you may return the full order at that time and pay only the shipping fees.
  • Partial returns are not accepted.
  • Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer available.
  • Pre-orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. Pre-orders are eligible for size exchange only.
  • Rush orders are eligible for size exchange only and cannot be refunded.
  • Items for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and returned with their original tags attached. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Where a refund applies to a prepaid order, it is generally processed within 7–12 working days, subject to the payment provider and banking procedures.

6. Product Information & Sizing

  • We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, materials, and sizing information.
  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device.
  • Customers are encouraged to review the size chart and product details before placing an order.
  • Minor variations in measurements, fabric texture, or appearance may occur due to the nature of garment production.
  • If you need assistance choosing a size, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers, discount codes, and sales are valid only during the stated promotional period and subject to the applicable conditions.
  • Certain items may be excluded from specific promotions.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • JJ’s Designs reserves the right to correct errors in promotional information and to modify future promotions, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, written descriptions, and other brand materials, belongs to JJ’s Designs or its respective rights holders.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders or misleading information.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to suspected fraud or misuse, in accordance with applicable law.

Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer information is used for purposes such as processing orders, arranging delivery, providing customer support, and fulfilling applicable legal obligations.

JJ’s Designs will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and fulfill confirmed orders. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

JJ’s Designs may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with its revised date.

Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not retrospectively remove mandatory customer rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections.
